This research investigates the potential for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate on other celestial bodies, focusing on Titan, Saturn's largest moon. Through simulations, the study contrasts quadcopter flight dynamics on Earth versus Titan, considering its dense atmosphere and unique terrain of lakes, rivers, dunes, and mountains. The work builds on NASA’s Ingenuity helicopter on Mars, exploring opportunities and challenges for sustained aerial exploration beyond Earth.
